Muhammadiyah University of Malang

Muhammadiyah University of Malang (UMM) is a private university in Malang. University that was established in 1964 berinduk the organization Muhammadiyah.

UMM is one of the fastest growing university, so that by the PP Muhammadiyah was commissioned as a college coach for the entire PTM (University of Muhammadiyah) eastern Indonesia. Programyang programs carefully designed to make UMM as "The Real University", one that is truly in the sense that the university as an institution of higher education who always commit in developing Tri Darma Higher Education

At present the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) campus occupies three locations, namely in the way of college I benduangn bandung, Sumbersari campus and two at three campuses in tegal Gondo. Campus which is the forerunner of the UMM, and now it is concentrated to the graduate program. While the campus II which was a major activity center, now in the concentrate as a medical school campus and D3 college nursing program. While college campuses III as an integrated whole essence serve as the center of activity.

At its establishment, the new UMM opened several faculties, namely Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Law, Economics and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (Guidance and Counseling) and the Department of Religious Studies (Branch of University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta FAI). As time goes by and the demands of the times, the UMM has opened other faculties, namely Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences consists of the D3 and S1 Nursing, Pharmacy and the Graduate Program each of which expands some of the majors.
